Service. HotelBot provides a WhatsApp booking assistant, availability calendar and owner app for accommodation providers.
Trial and subscription. 14-day free trial, then Basic (US$19/month) or Pro (US$39/month), billed and renewed by Google Play until cancelled in Google Play. Prices may vary by country and taxes.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for your prices, availability, house rules and for honouring bookings you confirm; for complying with WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies, local tourism, tax, guest-registration and data-protection law; and for obtaining guest consent before marketing.
Calendar sync limits. iCal synchronisation with third-party channels is not real-time (channels may update every 15 minutes to several hours). HotelBot reduces but cannot eliminate the risk of double bookings and is not liable for overbookings caused by channel delays.
AI answers. Automatic answers are generated from your settings; check them with the Test chat. You can disable AI.
Acceptable use. No spam, no unlawful content, no use outside hospitality.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
Termination. You may stop at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms or Meta policies.
